Imbique acts purely as an automated technology conduit. We do not manually review, endorse, monitor, or verify the contents of your screenshots or the resulting "Essence Cards."
Because the service relies on automated AI processing, we assume zero legal liability or responsibility for any generated text, misinterpretations, inaccuracies, copyright breaches, or the underlying nature of the content you choose to distill. The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imbique, its creators, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the application.
